This novel was a great read, a real page turner. It's a story of a young woman finding her self esteem and power through femdom BDSM, and about the men around her finding happiness in submission. It's not too sexually explicit, not completely focused on the erotic aspects, but still manages to be very hot because the characters are so well drawn. This book tugs at the heartstrings more than the privates, which was not what I was expecting, but I absolutely loved it and the characters. What a great book!Product details

This book delivers a splendid story, with rich characters and articulate descriptions of the settings. Beautifully written novel. Highly recommended.
Loved the story! It takes place in the increasingly popular BDSM world, but is really tastefully written. If you're looking for hardcore erotica, this is not it. But if you enjoy a well-written, character-driven, exotic romance with an edge, then this is the book for you. Think Fifty Shades of Grey, but embraces feminine power and without the tedious, grade-school level writing. The first half of the book is dedicated to character and plot development. The second half was everything I had hoped for and well worth the wait. Such a great read, I couldn't put it down. I really hope the author turns this into a series.
I couldn't put this fun and enjoyable book down once started. This is how 50 Shades should have been! A nice respite from my usual paranormal romances.
This was a very lovely femdom love story. It included all the elements of love, fun, edginess, and insight.
I have read this 3 times already and will read it many times in the near and distant future as it is worth it.
A tale of how life turns out to be much different from what you envisioned, good story line and quite the plot keeps you reading long after you should have gone to sleep<G>
From the first paragraph, Raquel grabs your attention and insistently commands your rapt attention. I love how this book kept unfolding, like peeling an onion. At times it was agonizing--I did my best not to skim and jump ahead (as I often do when I'm impatient). Sit back, pour a glass or two of wine and prepare to be entertained. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
